Qualification Guidelines

INCOME - Your monthly income must be at least three (3) times the amount of the monthly rental price.

EMPLOYMENT - You must be employed no less than 6 months with current employer. If transferred or recently moved to the area, then must have 6 months prior employment verifiable and be currently employed.

CREDIT - Excessive late payments, defaults and judgements will be grounds for denial.

RENTAL HISTORY - No negative rental history will be accepted! No previous evictions, rental judgements or outstanding amounts owed to previous landlords.

CHECKS - You will be required to pay your rent via certified or guaranteed funds, such as money orders or cashiers check, if you have more than one (1) NSF check.

SELF-EMPLOYED APPLICANTS - You must submit the prior years tax return and the three most recent monthly bank statements with your application.

CRIMINAL HISTORY - Applicants with felonies in past seven (7) years will be denied or misdemeanors involving crimes against persons or property or drug related convictions.

PETS - Will be approved at the discretion of the property owner. A pet deposit will be required and the amount varies by property and type of pet.
