We verify employment and salary, check rental history and run a credit report.
We perform civil and criminal background searchs.
We search eviction records, and the national terrorist database.
We charge a $40 non-refundable application fee per personover 18 years of age that will occupy the property.
Deposit is equal to one months rent. (In some cases, additional deposit may be required)
Deposit and first months rent must be in certified/guaranteed funds such as money orders or a cashiers check.
Lease terms are for one year.
Pets are approved by property and pet type. Additonal deposit is required.
We will not hold a property longer than 2 weeks. The deposit will take the home off the market, but will not be refunded if tenant fails to begin rental payments in two weeks.
