Vernon A. Dean

To Prospective Clients of Nickel Property,

Several years ago I became the owner of several pieces of rental property in the Duncanville and Cedar Hill area.  Earnestine Nickel had been handling the leasing, maintenance and record keeping for my stepfather prior to his death.  She continued to professionally handle the properties for me and when I decided to sell them, she was very beneficial in locating buyers and assisting in the sales transfers.

I highly recommend Earnestine as a dedicated professional property manager.

William & Carolyn Stevens

To whom it may concern:

We bought our house in Lancaster on Valentine's Day, 1997 expecting this to be our last move ever.  It was a new house in a new development and was a wonderful buy for us.

In September 1997, Bill's employer moved us to New Hampshire with about two weeks notice.  We did not really have much time to shop for someone to take care of our house; however, we were extraordinarily fortunate to have found Nickel Property Management.

They came out and discussed what they did and could do, their fees, their "style" and offered suggestions for us in screening managers.  They also asked us what we expected from and of them and what we wanted them to do for us with the house.  We did not take long to decide on Nickel Property Management and have never had reason to be sorry!

Earnestine keeps us informed about the rental process and the screening of applicants.  We have not had a "bad" tenant yet!  The house is quickly rented and on random, no notice visits Bill has made to drive by the property, it has been well maintained.

We get accurate accounting of the expenses and income for the property and a quick year-end 1099.

We would highly recommend Nickel Property Management.  Their professional approach to managing my property, the dependable performance, the dedication to service their clients is worthy of emulation by other property managers.

Andrew Gallman

It is my pleasure to recommend Earnestine Nickel of Nickel Property.  There are several reasons why I would recommend this company.

We were impressed with the professional manner and understanding of the real estate market.

Excellent recommendations from other satisfied customers of Nickel Property.

We entered into a contract with Nickel Property for the lease of our house in Duncanville, Texas in 1998.  Before we moved from Texas, Nickel Property had secured a lease for our property.  We maintained this relationship with Nickel Property over the next five years and there was no time period when the house was not under a lease.

We appreciate their screening of clients.  Earnestine was able to provide us with the kind of information we needed to help us decide which clients to accept.

We were also impressed with the upkeep of the property.  Earnestine closely watched over the property to ensure that there was no damage or loss of value in our property.  Any repairs or necessary maintenance was communicated to us and taken care of efficiently.

We also contracted with Nickel Property for the sale of this house and were very satisfied with the work of Nickel Property on our behalf.  We live in upstate New York and never had to worry about traveling back to Texas to prepare the property for sale or working through the details of the sale.

We have no hesitation in recommending Nickel Property to you.

Sincerely,

Andrew Gallman
